Q: Can kids drink Kombucha?
A: Kombucha is safe for children 10 years and above and is a great alternative to high sugar content drinks. We recommend consulting with your healthcare professional or pediatrician before introducing something new to your child.
Q: How many servings can one consume in a day?
A: It is recommended to begin drinking at least 8oz a day. Over time you can increase your intake as your body craves more of it.
Q: Do I need to keep Kombucha refrigerated?
A: Kombucha needs to be refrigerated at all times, even when the container is unopened. Because Kombucha is a fermented beverage, if left unrefrigerated it will continue to ferment.
Q: What is the shelf life of Kombucha?
A: It doesn't ever really go bad, it just continues to ferment. As it ages, it becomes more tart and vinegary. We recommend to consume the product within 6-8 weeks as there are absolutely no preservatives in our kombucha.

Q. Does Kombucha have alcohol?
